Cindy
Hale
Cindy is a seasoned
brand professional having worked with literally
hundreds of consumer-focused companies
through her 22 year career. Cindy began
OTW Advertising 17 years ago in New York
City, building the agency on the premise
that retailers and consumer focused companies
have a unique set of needs and values that
guide them in their advertising. She has
successfully built OTW based on the tenants
of solid branding and making sure that
every marketing and creative touch to the
consumer carries some type of emotionally
based messaging. “The consumer needs to
understand why our clients products and
services need to be a part of their life.
When we create this passion and desire,
we have done our job.” Cindy and the
OTW team are deeply involved with the advertising
community in the Greater Boston area.
Cindy is a member of The Ad Club of Boston,
Boston Women Communicators, and NEDMA.
Cindy was given the honor of being heralded
as a “most balanced advertising professional”
at the Perfect Balance Awards ceremony
in 2006. Cindy’s three wonderful children
are frequent visitors and creative inspirations
at OTW. In another life, Cindy may be an
interior designer or a high school guidance
counselor. Cindy is usually seen early
mornings on warm days riding her bike (she
rides for the PMC). Cindy is a two-time
cancer survivor and aggressively works
to support Dana Farber and The Jimmy Fund.

Isabelle Kane
Although a 15-year veteran in marketing, Isabelle has always lived on the edge of new innovations and strategies in media. With proper respect and reverence for the past, Isabelle helps clients move into the age of integrated media with grace and control. Her mantra is all about the right reach to the most profitable targets, the right time in the sales cycle, the right message for the audience, and the right measurement of results to determine success. Isabelle’s title doesn’t have the word “creative” in it, but her media solutions are always just as creative as the broadcast, print, or direct solutions she places.
Isabelle enjoys kids, yoga, and backup singing for her iPod and a few long suffering friends.
